Refund policy

When we refund

• A kitchen declines or can't fulfil your paid order.
• Your order doesn't arrive.
• You receive the wrong items, or something is missing or clearly not right.

How to ask

Email hello@eatyofa.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and, where it helps, a photo. We'll review it with the kitchen and reply as quickly as we can.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through the payment method you used.
